I have a cab file which sets up all of my e-mail settings (which has worked well for a year or so), one of the accounts it sets up is for my e-mail which comes from my domain. Since yesterday I can't delete e-mails on this account. I delete them then send and recieve and they come back. The phone is set to delete messages off the server when deleted on the device and its a POP3 account, it's starting to get annoying as 11 spam messages keep reappearing
Anyone got any ideas how to fix it? |

Have you set the diamond to delete messages immediately?

I think there are issues with Diamonds and some pop servers.

@LSmith4285 - has it ever worked on your Diamond?
@Jimbo - You mean some people don't have there own exchange server? -------------------- He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

@LSmith4285 - has it ever worked on your Diamond? Yes it did until yesterday and nothing I can think of has changed. @Jimbo - You mean some people don't have there own exchange server? Unfortunatly some of us are poor and our stupid work insist on GroupWise This post has been edited by LSmith4285: Jul 22 2008, 19:46 |

Things don't just stop working. If nothing has changed at your end, could something have changed at your works end?

This account is a personal one, I'll have a think, maybe re-install the settings from the cab.

Something must have changed - I doubt if that will help. But worth trying to rule out settings.

And why not manually set the account up?
