 Qtek 8310 Application Unlocking, How???

Hi,

Things I have tried...

1) "Google'in"
2) Searching the boards here

The general opion seems to be to change the registry settings, however when I try and do this with 3 registry editors that I tried it says permission denied.

Please help, I can't install cools stuff sad.gif

PS Bit more details
Smartione - Reg editor (with allow writes in .ini file) says "can't write data"
Registry Workshop says the same
Its a Qtek 8310 bought from bright place (cant remember name, but the guys u have to buy from to get to myqtek site)
Its 2months old.

HKLM\security\policies\polices\00001001 trying to change that entry

I used regeditSTG on my Qtek 8310, worked just fine.
