 Need help fast!!!, screen broken on my BJ II

Hi, my screen on my BJ II cracked so since I have insurance I am getting a new one problem is I need to get my contacts list off the phone I have a PC with Vista and another with XP I used both active sync and Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center everything shows up but my Contact list which I really need because I have numbers for friends that live in other states from me .


I am on a time line , I should get my new phone tomorrow and I have 7 days to return broken one


PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Have you checked your sync settings are correct?
Phone numbers etc should all be synced unless you have the unmbers on the SIM card?

Unfortunately for me my numbers are stored on phone only, checked settings everything shows that it should be synced but can't see contacts

are you using outlook, because I think the only way to back up contacts is if you sync it to outlook.
