 AEButton Plus stops working after some time of use

I give a try to AEButton Plus buttons remapper, but in my Omnia after softreset AEBP maps keys ok, but after some time of uses just ordinary Windows' mappings gets priority (from Settings > Buttons panel) and AEBP doesn't work any more - till next soft reset, and again after some time System's button mappings get precedence over AEBP mappings. Anyone have the same? Some fix to this?
