Just ordered one of these from Expansys:
http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=145166 4-in-1 cable gives you S-Video, VGA, Composite and a proper USB port for USB host  Handily I had a 10 quid off at Expansys voucher kicking around, which tempted me, i'll post thoughts when it arrives  P -------------------- Paul O'Brien - Microsoft MVP, Mobile Devices, MoDaCo.network Founder. Check this out:- That'll be the Ameo with the 4 in 1 cable running a movie over SVideo Out that it's reading from an external USB drive. Sweet.

The mouse seems to work, as the scroll button works but there's no pointer. Know of a way to get a pointer going? |

It kinda worked, but it was woefully slow. Strange that I couldn't get the forced change of res in the registry to work though. Which route are you taking? |

And no, the mouse doesn't work cos there's no pointer I wonder if I can grab the 'mouse mode' driver from an Artemis? you may want to try nyditot virtual display
http://www.nyditot.com/Home.asp chaps over on aximsite have used to good use in using the Intel 2700 graphics chip. the ameo may benefit from it. Has a max external resolution of 1024x768 i think. This post has been edited by BenWW: Mar 29 2007, 12:29 |

NYDITOT also has a pointer mode, usb mouse doesn't move the point tho, it's just moved by clicks
