It's Here !!
After being available in the states and even longer in Japan it's available at only £299. Anyone got one yet? Is it better than the Premium.? I'm a bit gutted actually though as i only bought a will a month ago so i can't have 2 new consoles in that quick sucession Goochy1

The only differences, as I understand them, this has a 120gb harddrive instead of the 20gb, is black, and it includes an hdmi cable. The last one doesn't matter any more (newer premiums have the hdmi port, at least here in the states). And unless you're downloading movies or ripping music to your xbox you don't need the space. Hell my regular xbox hdd is mostly empty and I've downloaded patches and extra content for like 30 games.

I don't really lust after an elite, I prefer the cream (with silver faceplate) to black in the setting i'm using it anyway

Apart from the white edges 13GB hardrive and the incredible noise it makes i've had an Elite all along Though now the Elite is here i want a white again and i can't get an original faceplate anywhere so if anyone does have one i would be happy to work something out with them.
