Welcome to Pinoy Section of MoDaCo. ;)

Nakita ko tong post mo sa Help and Advice Section pero yung title (and contents) was in Tagalog so nilipat ko dito.

Di ba sa normal boot process dapat:

1. Power on

2. Lalabas ang Smart Simply Amazing logo

3. Load normal homescreen environment.

Goodluck.

I also encountered the same problem...

I was trying to use yung x-mint procedure... during dun sa start nang upgrading part... nag stall yung pc ko. When I turned on the phone it was stuck in the canary mode. Version 1.09 meaning hindi pa nga nag effect yung upgrade.

I went to Wireless (Hindi Smart Wireless Center) in Mega. But they told me Php 800 yung repair. While sa Brightpoint naman it was Php 995 (as according to Smart Wireless in Podium). Fortunately, sa Smart Wireless Shangri-La may pang manual upgrade sila (using MMC to load yung bootloader file sa phone... pls see bootloader topic for details). So na-ibalik nila yung OS ko... Ver 1.8 that is. Good thing, I got it for free.

Well, advice ko lang... learn how to load a bootloader on your phone first before doing any upgrade on your own. hassle din kasi kapag magpapagawa sa iba.

Thats what I'm doing right now.
