Sorry... it was their "ADSL opening offer" (Free connection AND £20 a month!) no longer available. But to answer your question as objectively as possible, why not check out "www.net4nowt.com" - a great site that lists every UK ISP and every tarrif, plus ISP-specific forums, user-reviews, smart search engine....?
