Plus subscription problem

Hi,

Just signed up for a plus subscription and the money has been taken out of my PayPal account but the MoDaCo site still says my subscription is "pending" and I have paid the princely sum of 0.00!

Any ideas on when my subscription is likely to be activated?

Surely there is someone from the admin team around? I have tried using the contact us button too.

Where has my money gone??

Each Plus subscription is handled on a personal level and is not an automated process.

Paul is the only person that deals with the Plus accounts and unfortunately he is not able to be plugged into MoDaCo 24/7 (but he does try :D )

Thanks.

Didn't realise it wasn't an automated thing. I was looking forward to having a browse through the site this afternoon but I guess I'll have to wait until next week (my broadband at home is down so using a work connection).

Shame :D

Just a polite suggestion - perhaps you could make this clear on the signup page?

It IS instant, you have opted to pay by PayPal eCheque, hence the delay while the eCheque clears.

As soon as the money clears, rest assured the activation will continue automagically.

Update!

All cleared successfully. The problem was with paypal - the credit card I have registered expired and paypal will not do an instant bank transfer without a credit card on file as a "back up source" so instead put the transaction through as an "e-cheque" which takes up to 15 (yes FIFTEEN!) days to clear.

Everyone else - make sure you use a credit card to pay for your subscription!!! :D
