Activesync problem

It begins, I start praising this damn phone and it starts messing me about. I was syncing fine up to today on activesync but now I get an error message:

Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop: Support Code 85010014

And it wont sync! WHY! WHY! WHY! WHY! WHY!

WHY CANT MICROSOFT MAKE A PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO TEAR MY EYES OUT WITH A SPOON!

Delete the device in Activesync on pc and then re connect and re set up the sync.
