      ILLEGAL CONTENT I'd like to just reaffirm MoDaCo's position regarding piracy and illegal content in the light of some recent questions / postings. Posts will be censored by myself or my moderation team if the contain or link to: Illegal / pirated / cracked software or sites that host such softwareNintendo emulators / ROMs or sites hosting them (in light of Nintendo's legal stance)CUSTOM ROMS You may discuss and post links to custom device ROMs on MoDaCo, provided the following rules are adhered to: ROMs must not contain any illegal 3rd party software (this includes trial versions included without permission)ROMs must give full credit to the original authorISSUES If you have any issues with this policy, please contact PaulOBrien directly via PM.

imei-check Lobster unlocker now available!

No, contrary to the title, this isn't a new-fangled implement to assist you at posh restaurants... :D

imei-check are pleased to annouce that their Virgin Mobile Lobster 700TV unlocker is now available. :P

Priced at £20, the SIM unlock allows you to use any network's SIM card in your device, and is available here. MoDaCo Plus members, of course, receive a 10% discount on the unlock.

Remember that post-unlock you will need to put in your Virgin Mobile SIM periodically to retrieve licences for TV content, so keep it handy! :)

Don't Virgin give free unlocks to their customers? I know that on PAYG phones they will arrange an unlock once you've topped up at least £30, on contract I would have thought you'd only have to be with them a month or two.

isnt that a little steep? most other phones unlock for much less..

i desperatly need to unlock mine as i am moving to another country soon, and will need to swap sims :)
