Not strictly Windows Mobile related this, but for all you Smartphone Homescreen designers out there that like to hack-around your XML files, you'll be interested to learn that Microsoft have updated their FREE XML Notepad application to version '2007'.

Available from Microsoft Downloads, XML Notepad 2007 has a whole bunch of cool features, including drag / drop support for manipulation of the XML tree, built in XML differencing and my favourite feature... 'Intellisense based on expected elements and attributes and enumerated simple

type values.'

So... stop using Notepad to edit your XML, and make the most of the free tool ;)

I use the FREE version of XMLSpy (for home use), although if XML Notepad is now significantly better than the previous version it might be worth giving it another try

XMLSpy can be found at www.altova.com
