If you could find a desktop-based SP task manager which can terminate the 'SIM lock process' (not sure of the process' name) then maybe it is possible to proceed with instructions you know of otherwise you need to secure an Orange SIM (prepaid et al) A good start re task manager is SOTI's Pocket Controller or perhaps Jeyo Mobile Companion.
