Guest itssmeeagainn3 Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 Hello there! I have an HP iPAQ 514 Voice Messenger running Windows Mobile 6 Standard. Everything seems to work just fine except if I feel it is slowing down and it needs a restart, after shutting down and powering up after, the device keys won't work. Only directional keys work. I can't even shut it down. I have to remove the battery, reinsert it, power up, I do this 2-3 times and then all the keys will work. I tried hard resetting, but does the same. I tried even to remove the memory card. Still the same issue. Any ideas are welcome, please, this is really annoying. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Isn't there a way, a combination of keys to shut it down or to restart that will work even when it is stuck? I wouldn't hate this as much if I could shut it down without removing the battery...
