Does anyone know the command perimeters to create a direct shortcut to a New Note? Something like "note.exe /n"????

Thanks for your reply. It works. However, I would prefer that JUST the 'New' dialog open and not both the dialog and the app. Is there another parameter that would prevent the app from opening?

Hmm, I don't think so, surely the program needs to be open to be able to create a new file

With all the memory and processing power the Kaiser has I don't tend to worry about what's open any more, I just let the OS do it's thing
