Guest jortizrx Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 fifst id like to say hello to everyone, this is my first post and my first wm device(long time symbian /uiq user) anywho my question is i would like to share my 3g connection with my sonyericsson m600i. m600i has bt pan and dun,but when i try they connect. the globe(on the m600 flashes) and when going into the con.manager it shows that datta is active,but when i open the browser it times out. i have done this with other devices(not wm,though) so i know its works. is this posssible with the Q9 it has bt pan,but seems to be missing ics, as ive seen on other wm5/6 devices. thanks for any advise. justin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(Manual Instructions) Go to the Q's \Windows\ folder and look for IntshrUI.exe, make a short cut to it, make it visible, and move it to the start menu. *Create the shortcut first. The shortcut will be hidden because the .exe that it is linking to is hidden. Move the shortcut to the start menu and change the properties so that it is not hidden. (Automatically via CAB file) I know there's a CAB out there and I don't remember where/who I got it from, but it does the above for you automatically and puts the shortcut to ICS in your start menu. I uploaded it so you could d/l it. Just copy/transfer this CAB, http://rapidshare.com/files/75872541/Inter...re_Lnk.cab.html, to your Q and run from the Q.
