After two weeks or so running JIIA on the Three network here in Australia, I can say that I am definately getting good milage out of the battery. Hard to say if it's the phone or the ROM, because I updated to 24001/HIDE19 ROM around the same time (up from Khuanchai 21928 Lite and DXID1 phone)

Appreciate if this can be in .exe.

I am on the JJIA1 for amost 2 weeks after switching from DXID1 , & i find it much better in terms of both battery usage & GPS reception.

All greetings! Try the radio from the latest firmware Russia (January)

Hey that was good one,

Tracking your link, if found this info.

May be useful to you guys

Firmware radio

# XXHJ1 Radio -- October 2008 Recommended for Megafon

# DXHK2 Radio -- November 2008

# DXHK3 Radio -- November 2008

# DXHL1 Radio -- December 2008

# DXHL2 Radio -- December 2008

# DXHL3 Radio -- December 2008

# DXIA2 Radio -- January 2009

# LJIIA1 Radio -- January 2009

# BUIB1 Radio -- February 2009

# XXIB2 Radio -- February 2009

# BWIB2 Radio -- February 2009

# PUIC1 Radio -- March 2009

# XBIC1 Radio -- March 2009

# DXID1 Radio -- April 2009 Test: special prize for a special musical!

For those who do not believe: put ANY radio, somebody call (you can even answering machine), then put DXID1 - the sound quality will be completely different - rich, high-quality. However, the main drawback DXID1 - frequent loss of GSM-signal, which leads to a heap of missed calls. It is not at all, but stability in the radio still is not enough. And on GPS noticeable lag from BUHJ1. Before PUIE1 DXID1 far.

# PUIE1 Radio -- May 2009 Test: second place

A leader in GPS-navigation, the stability of GSM slightly worse - intermittent loss of connection still present.

# BUHJ1 RadioTest: 1 st place

On the stability of communication - the first place., Setting it you forget about the problem of missed calls once and for all. Also pleased with the speed of detection satellites - about 40 seconds. In terms of reception - a little worse than the first place.

# ZHIE1 Radio -- May 2009 Test: special prize for the rapid determination of GPS satellites

In collaboration with GPS - definitely the best radio. The rest - a controversial radio, someone very much, while others consider it a failure.

# PUJA1 Radio -- January 2010

Tested some radio rom's, for few days each.

So my opinion:

2.-i900JJIA1,

gps - ok

Phone - some problems in low coverage zone, missed cals.

Wirelles - ok, but not to strong.

3.-i900XBIC1

gps - ok

Phone - some problems, when speeking small noise zzzz....zzzz.zzzz.

Wirelles - ok.

and the winner is:

1.-i900PUJA1

gps- very fast and strong.

Phone - ok. no bugs...

Wirelles - about 20% more strong.

All rom's battery usage not tested.

Tested on: i900, PDhee_i900Omnia_28230.5.3.3_Lite_beta1 - ROM;

sorry for my english. <_<

Hehehe... You're last comment about you DIDN'T test your battery's life, was good!

Mate, THIS IS VITAL for radios!!! Battery drain is vital when you using radio! Radio is the 80% responsible for battery life - and XBCI1 is the top on this.

Right now I have DXIA2 . Had it since day 1 and never had any major problems with it.

I noticed some "up and down" in the signal bar and wireless strength could be better.

Would it make a difference in upgrading to one of :PUJA1,JJIA1,XBIC1 ? I see this three versions are the most "voted" for <_<

PS: This thread should be a poll

puja1 quit new,, i found much info on russians forum: Opinions are different, mostly (80~90%) are good.

I am testing that rom now.

xbic1 - prooblem with sound (sound not enoth clear), puja1 better.

jjia1 - I tested last weekend. Few times PDA droped by itself incoming phone call (inbad reception zone).

Of course can be my PDA rom problem.

sorry for my english.

Just switched to PUJA1 a couple of hours ago, so cannot comment much. Previously have been using DXID1, no problem (at least for my own usage). Then been tempted and switched to JJIA1, noticed battery seems to last longer, but I still encounter drop calls. It probably due to poor network coverage instead of phone part. Not sure.

XBIC1, I yet to try.
