Guest bendy
So I do on-call and want my phone to automatically go quiet at night, no notification for SMS, reminders or email. Then wake up loud for the morning. Be great if I could also switch bluetooth and wifi on and off as well This seams really difficult on the HTC Touch. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Guest Toyota-F1.com
CellProfileSwitcher may also be of interest to you. With CellProfileSwitcher, you can use the information about the mobile cell your phone uses to do some work for you. For example, your phone can automatically silent itself when you get to work. In detail, the following actions can be taken - either when you enter a cell or when you leave it: Change profile Change Bluetooth status Execute a program Vibrate (short for entering the cell, long for leaving it) Change the home screen Show a message Play a wave sound Change the phone's wave volume Notify Automatic Keylock (which must be installed separately) Switch Wifi (Wifi-enabled WM5 phones only) Enable flight mode http://maniac.fschreiner.de/content/view/9/18/

I only use the time based profiles myself.

Guest Rob.P
Spb has also updated thier phone suite so it can now be setup inconjunction with your appointments and time of day (and also what your phone is plugged into i.e. handsfree, car, dock). It can switch your BT and WiFi off and on as well.
