I bought mine on eBay (you have to register/log in on an European eBay, the US eBay doesn't show them)

Sim-lock free and no contract.

Only thing is a German WinMo while I'd rather have English, but that's just a minor issue.

Can you change the language in regional settings?

After that is everything in English?

I checked resently but there were only white devices.

Are there any black TG01 in Germany?

Thanks

No, unfortunately not.

The TG01 you can get here in germany is exclusive to O2, and they really seem to like white devices. I always prefered black, but the TG01 acutally looks really good in white.
