1.0.3 is released (see main post for link to his blog with the release info).

You might want to take the time to read about some possible security issues with this mod:

http://android.modaco.com/content/samsung-...s-trojan-horse/

Sorry for shilling my post, I just know many people who come this forum read only this topic, and I think it is important that people know there could be security issues with this release.

Just installed it.

At first I had some problems getting my internet to work (3G from Vodafone Netherlands), but finally got it working.

ROM looks great, a lot faster then the stock ROM that was on my phone before.

Only problem I can find so far is that I can't search for networks.

Great work!

EDIT:

Is the new v1.03b still having troubles with the auto sync settings?

Buglist:

-Video does not play.

-impossible to make an outgoing call by dialing a mobile number through 8, is possible only +7. When calling to regular phones are all excellent.

-partly ROM slower than previous version

-the sound in the headphones mono

-can not select the operator manually - search not working

-camera not working

-EDGE icon sometimes goes out

-russian localization is present, but not everywhere.

-BT does not work

-GPS works, but the accuracy is lower than in version 1.5

-In some games, graphics do not display correctly (3D driver is not always correct)

Mustymod! Thank you for the excellent work!

m16kevlar, have you tried the flan gallery app? Because I think is only with 3D implemented (and there is no 3D yet, isn't it?)

If works, i will try to keep this room on my galaxy while waiting for new version. I can live without camera for the moment.

Thanks mustymod!

Just noticed another bug:

- When in landscape-mode the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons aren't switched. These should be inverted when in landscape-mode
