Everything I needed seems to be working: - exchange sync for contacts/mail/calendar works perfect with our Exchange 2010 server - I added the multilanguage HTC_IME and it works fine, does take a bit getting used to after using stock keyboard for a while - theme is very nice :( Not quite the same speed as the stock 1.6 rom was, but very usable. It seems that non of my google services sync automatically. ie gmail,calendar etc. I can manually sync them but the auto sync is not working..... on a plus side my battery now lasts for ever.
