Thank you! i think you are talking about "device beta". well that feature has been removed from 6.5 you can not activate it. and if your talking about titanium than you can customize it with chome configurator http://www.careace.net/2009/04/28/chome-co...on-smartphones/ or you can also do it by modifying registry manually.
