Hi all i would like to challenge Toshiba via the modaco TG01 forum and via the press and any other format i can find out why we as handset user,s.

Are being treated so poorly by them regarding there so called after sales/care department all the problems that we face .

My ultimate goal is to try my hardest to get refunds / software updates / new phones - hardware/ .

and to express are anger as to why we are each fobbed of in different ways .

were oh were is this update we were all promised ?.

and also to express that there a lot of tg user,s who will never buy tosh phones again and there is still time to correct this problem

what i need from you guys is your own storey of problems each problem one by one listed and any email communication.

can you please send me via my email to [email protected]

i can only do this with your help .

please back me up if you can

i will do over the weekend and everyone else please take the time to even if it just makes them give us 6.5.3 also i would suggest when you have a few mails to ring the sun they love thing like this.

well i have waited for support regarding this problem and only one took the time to responed to my request .

VERY POOR !!!!!

i have compleartly wasted my time and effort with this .

i have arranged media coverage regarding TG01 user,s and toshiba .a member of the press was willing to take up are corner .

but as knobody is intrested in helping themselfs get a conclustion then last night i sold my TG01 and ended my battel with tosh .

your on your own .

i find it hard to belive all the tg owners out could not be bothered to help .

i have now jumped ship and picked up a nokia x6 .

fair enough Grahame,

Toahiba have stated to us in writing that they will release a software update this week, assuming they don't.... it would have good to have a petition thing going on.

I think it must be worth waiting a few more weeks, I got a response to my toshiba support call saying the fix is coming very soon, at least I got a response in an hour - this must mean they do care for their reputation, because like a lot of people the minute they start to ignore customers they will start losing potential future sales (certainly from me) - because there are plentiful devices appearing in the horizon...

Wow. Shouting at everyone and calling them bad words is the sign of one very stressed TG01 owner. I can relate to that. <_<

Seriously though, do you really think that 5 days is a reasonable time to wait for the responses to start coming in before swearing at everyone like a hormonal teenager throwing a tantrum? Especially since you know full well that there is an update coming. Some of us grown-ups actually have lives to live that aren't solely on the internet.

Get some anger management counselling or something.

Furthermore, I wouldn't have sent you any email. I've never met you. You could be some fraudster or something. If I sent you email, you would then have my email address. You have no right and no NEED to know my email address.

I imagine that many other TG01 owners would have thought the same.

Forums have private message systems so nobody has to share their email with people they've never met. There are also petition website that you could have used, but you are clearly too lazy and impatient.

You need to learn manners, patience, respect and a lot more internet sense.

(Why I bother to give you this advice I don't know! You'll probably just swear at me and ignore it anyway.)
