(help) call forwarding setup

hello all..i'm newbie in this forum. i want to know how to set up call forwarding on my verizon xv6800.

I try go to phone setting, but i can't find call forward menu..

anybody can help me to solve this problem?

here's my xv6800 specification : ROM dcd 4.1.2, radio 3.42.50 with WM 6.1 Professional CE OS 5.2.21.14 (build 21014.1.6.0 dcd)

Please help me..or there's any kind of software must installed?
