      ILLEGAL CONTENT I'd like to just reaffirm MoDaCo's position regarding piracy and illegal content in the light of some recent questions / postings. Posts will be censored by myself or my moderation team if the contain or link to: Illegal / pirated / cracked software or sites that host such softwareNintendo emulators / ROMs or sites hosting them (in light of Nintendo's legal stance)CUSTOM ROMS You may discuss and post links to custom device ROMs on MoDaCo, provided the following rules are adhered to: ROMs must not contain any illegal 3rd party software (this includes trial versions included without permission)ROMs must give full credit to the original authorISSUES If you have any issues with this policy, please contact PaulOBrien directly via PM.

[Question]Install applications on SD Card!

Any ideas how can I do this, because ROM is only 100-120 MB? Its not enough for me.

You'll have to wait for a potential 2.2 upgrade. It's the only way that I know of anyhow.

I think that there is a way when the phone is rooted and i have to use the app2sd, but i dont know how to do it.

Its non-official way....

That seems to be device specific, so not sure it'll work on the GT540

What I need to install them in Sd Card? Root? Custom Recovery? Rom? :angry: :D ;)

Judging by this thread, it's a bad idea to install App2SD http://android.modaco.com/content/lg-gt540...g540-not-start/

LG's Android implementation is very different to default

Zacpod managed to created an Apps2sd for the GW620, but I managed to brick my GT540 following GW620 guides
