I can't found a way to upgrade my htc. I tried with xp, vista x86, windows 7 x86 x64. I download the last version of htc sync. I tried with linux http://www.tuxapuntes.com/drupal/node/1696

and the flash_image doesn't work. I posted in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1...hlight=htc+hero . And no answer. I did the HARD RESET that htc support told me to do.
