From the photo, it looks like it also comes with a built-in ash-tray. Great space-saving idea!

universal Androot as it's 1.6 will give you SU (root) can build your own clockwork recovery. then the hard part is building a custom rom :D by that i don't mean a stock rom added with SU. i mean porting eclair or froyo either from AOSP or cyanogenmod's source.

It's available on Amazon.co.uk and a Dutch friend of mine says he buys a lot from there so possibly they will deliver to you. temporarily out of stock right now though.

hey

i just returned one of these new *binatone idect ihome phones to argos.

being fairly low on spec compared with the latest mobile android handsets

it wasnt a surprise it was abit quirky and slow , i accepted this would likely

be the case, however it looked amazing sitting on the side at home my main

grief with it was that for some reason it wouldnt stay connected to my wifi.

it would sometimes connect and never dropped once while using it, however

if you put it down for a while and picked it up to re use, the wifi connection

always needed reconnecting and would usually take atleast half an hour and

sometimes asmuch as 2or3 hrs of frustration to get it to connect with no

real reason for why it hadnt to begin with.. with a few little updates etc this

would be a hot seller in my opinion, i was abit gutted that it let me down it

looked fantastic and id really fallen for it, just a shame it gave me all that

grief, would be interested to hear how anyonelse has gotten on with it, or

even more interested in a newer version or this model with newer android

o/s on it, like a current version i.e 2.1/2.2.

big up for Argos tho in Luton Arndale, they gave me no grief whatsoever

on returning it, so i bought my new orange san francisco from them

with the money. well happy with that ..

happy new year to all.

Thanks for taking the time to write bud. I've been wanting one since I fist saw it back in November, but I'm not paying 100 sheets for it, so I'll be waiting a little longer till I can get my hands on it!

Obviously there arent many people with this device so when I get it, I'll be the only dev. Well.... I'll try and develop it! I'll be totally starting from scratch, but everyones gotta start somewhere right!
