Glad you made this topic again, it will be handy to re-direct people when they ask which rom is the best, I also find it handy as a means of knowing if people are switching from rom to rom, I am wondering if people are staying on JJ or moving to Pauls ;)

I was using JJ, but now I'm trying Paul's rom. Can't decide which one I like more, they are both excellent

MoDaCo Custom Rom (2.1) for me. As soon as there's a new prebake of the Froyo MCR ready, though, it'll be all over my phone like a tramp on chips.

Flashed Japanese Jellyfish on my wife's Blade today, she's delighted with it and says that the menus etc are much smoother than stock. I still can't get the mms messages to download though.

Thanks. This poll is very usefull to see who is using what and which is more popular. Might be a good idea to let the user change there choice if and when they change roms.

;)

There is, it's called 'stock roms' ;)

He means for the second 'how did you install' question. Lets face it... you didn't install your stock rom using clockwork...

Unless that question is optional. I'm not using the stock rom so I dunno. :)

you can install stock rom with Total Phone Transfert method without having clockwork ;)

Ermm... the point being that you likely didn't flash it at all so you wouldn't have used any method. :) The poll has been updated with such an option added now anyway.

Hello for all, after a few months that i use my wonderful Blade, and i have installed many lot of rom 2.1 and 2.2, i ask you: today what's this the best rom for our device? ok i know that each rom is performed for personal use, but i'm looking for the best compromise to battery and velocity. I have used the japanese r7 and i couldn't use hardware accelereted...i know it's my cause. In truth i want more velocity of all application that i will installer on the blade.

now i'm using the xenom r3...and i'm going to install the japanese r8.

thank for all and i'm so sorry for my english school, i don't want use google traduct to learn more too.

bye bye i'm wait your answers

ORD (Obsessive-ROM Updating Disorder), IT KILLS

My personal experience...

2.1 = Fillyjonk

2.2 (battery) = FLB G2

2.2 (performance) = Jellyfish (+hwui)

All devs are doing their best job, its upto you to select and use whatever you want.

One personal advise would be not to jump up at every release. Once you've selected a ROM, hang onto it for some time. Check the release notes of every release and only update if there's something new that you really want.

Every ROM deserves its chances to stay on our Blades

I have decided after alot of debating with myself to just vote for Japanese Jellyfish this time around, I have a feeling that Pauls rom might prevail by the next round of votes, but then again paul seems to have a hell of a lot of projects going on at once, so the crown could be for any dev I suppose.

Thanks Devs.

Have been trying out a few since getting my blade, but have settled for Paul's. Really stable and fast, have found it better than JJ, FLB-Froyo and Sebs. Also love the battery life and Gingerbread stuff.

 WOW, looks like kallt_kaffe and the Japanese Jellyfisch really rock at the moment, could it be because of the overclocking? Steven, could you split the JJ option into 2 choices (Japanese Jellyfish with O/C and Japanese Jellyfish without O/C)? It would be very interesting to see what attracts the people so much at it. Cheers.

I thought the poll was about what you are using currently as opposed to what you think is best
