I just re-bake another MCR which using LG's Dialer for solving this problem... but Actually, I like the Stock android phone book more, the font size more tidy. I assume that the LG Dialer is supposed to be baked in if I leave the Google Phone Dialer unselected. I have done that. But this does not work as I still see the Google Dialer in the first instance. So to make a video call, I have to first initiate a call, then hit End call, and the LG Dialer will appear briefly. I then hit the Video Call button before the LG Dialer disappears.
