Nice one, Paul! Amazing, even 2.3.4, go LG. Didn't expect that.

A new FR is around the corner? ;)

Gonna massage a few bits into shape, do some MCR goodness then put up a Alpha release Gr1 kitchen. :)

Should be GB when it comes. Fingers crossed that it's solid.

It's an 'early leak' so there may well be issues but yeah, BT and FM radio are working for me... :)

As a HUGE fan of anything with ginger in it I have been very close to switching from MCR to CM7.... this way I can have MCR with a ginger flavour... Paul you are officially the man! ;)

Because both the G2X and 2X are built on the work they've done for the Froyo kernel... updating would be quite a job for them I think.

Wasn't a problem on the Blade, running Gingerbread with an old kernel.

Woohoo! Looking forward to getting some gingerbread love!

In reality, what's the difference?

Now that's what I'm talking about. Will this include the "native" GB keyboard? I found the one included in Fr releases lacking a lot of the functionality. E.g. I couldn't successfully use the german dictionary or add my own words to the user dictionary by "tapping" on a custom word after typing it in. Much like it is possible on CM7.

Appreciate your work!

Gonna sit here and wait 'til you're done.

Damn you're good :)

What about videocall?

BT/Wi-fi and videocall are the most problematic things on porting...

I cross my fingers..
