It happened on cm for the first time, now it is the same here and it was no difference on DjDroid, which is based on V10c. Much smoother with installing though anyway as someone else mentioned. Only bug I have seen so far is that when a new SMS message arrives it puts the '1 message' notification in the middle of the screen on top of my next alarm (underneath the charging message, which is underneath the date). I get loads of process.google.com close messages. If I clear one, I get another within a few seconds. I reflashed, a new rom, and it did the same.
