Thank you! Steve I did a lot of searching but I ended up with using MyPhoneExplorer. It didn't work for me at first and still isn't 100% but it's Syncing most of what I need. Calendar, Contacts, SMS. I think it can sync files also, not sure about email, but I don't really need to sync that. It has some other cool features. You can see calls made and missed etc plus you can send SMS's from your desk top while you're connected to the phone over USB or Wi-fi. There is also a Remote control feature but that doesn't work on my Blade. It;s a good app, support can be slow, but at least they have their own forum etc..
