backporting optimus net 2.3.4 parts to optimus one

so the above rom is a Verizon Wireless rom, and the Launcher needs 48m?

anyway, ported it to V20e, along with the Music player and the new Video Player.

you do get a force close on settings on first boot but after that no issues.

the p690 net uses a different camera module so the camera app fails to boot if ported across, so had to leave that.

also ported over the Net's LG Keyboard called HIME.apk
