@Vlatko25 and Shiner69

have you both done full wipe before installing #213? if you have then i`ll check it again :blink:

when i test these roms i ALWAYS do full clean/wipe install to eliminate any conflicts with newer files/apps

try that and let me know :)

Hi all! I create a patch that allows you to install gen1 roms on gen2 phones! And i build 2 new kernels: #154 for gen2 and #155 for gen1. Kernels builded from latest TomGiordano sources with my fixes.

To install the firmware on the phone gen2:

1) Install the gen1 Cyanogen rom

2) Not leaving recavery, install a CM_for_gen2_patch-by-deadlink

Enjoy =)

thank you took a little time to figure out how to download, but sorted:)

@deadlink what are the fixes/changes in "racer-kernel-2.6.32.9#155 gen1" ?

1) Builded from latest sources (all fixes && changes from Tom's github and ZTE 2.6.32.9 sources)

2) Optimized config

3) Some fixes in board and touchscreen driver (ready to use tslib for future)

4) Kernel not overclocked with ondemand mode (for powersave)

Importantly, this is the first fully working kernel for gen2 (which starts cyanogen). Kernel for gen1 - a byproduct =)

There are alternative links to the new Deadlink Kernels on raceroms.co.uk.

(I hope that's OK Deadlink?)

I'm against it, so I lose statistics... But if you're so hard to download from file hosting Russian, then okay...

No problem Deadlink. I have removed the links to your Kernels from the site.

Apologies for not checking with you first.

So you don't loose the stats for the time the links were available:

#155 was downloaded 35 times

#154 was downloaded 18 times

Apologies again

About touchscreen - i work on tslib integrating. This solves the problem with calibration.
