Is it possible to add a shortcut for programs that are not installed but just copied on sd card or my storage,,on program tab for manilla 2d?Thanks in advance.

I think the only way to remove them is to change the whole Manila theme. You can't remove only those two things. Everything is in the file HTCHomeSettings.xml which is located in the Windows folder, but you can't change anything there, because it's too hard to understand and you won't accomplish anything.
