Phone indeed gets slower once I use the camera, it's kind of annoying actually, anyway to fix this?

Running stock 2.3.6, 122 mhz - 1200mhz, GPU 297mhz

I confirm, I run asphalt 6, decreases from 51 to 41 fps with Neocore

I got another bug......

Before open camera

Once I open camera, my phone become lag.

Same problem....

Tried every method...

are you all running stock 2.3.6?

I have tried:

T&L 2.3.6

Gingerounay 3.0

Stock 2.3.6

And got same result.

Additionally,play video also cause same problem (lag) (both local and online).

wi fi does not work in latest miui

i tried with normal kernel and it works

last miui and cm dosn't support tl kernel, just read info about roms before flashing kernels

  • [ADDED] Deadline Scheduler
  • [uPDATE] new wifi part in ramdisk of Acer/CyanogenMod? (Thanks to Lens_flare)
  • [uPDATE] source updated from code aurora

WiFi should be fixed now.

WiFi should be fixed now.

Neither Camera ICS or lgCamera work with this kernel.

Haven't tested it on the default camera but it doesn't work with them too.

YAY! all good now :)

And WOW! This is a pretty big improvement over 1.3a, its a lot smother going though the menus. Thank you so much. Expect a donation on the 1st of April :) (lol just realized the date, its not a joke)

TechnoLover you have done an amazing thing with this kernel. You have turned a sub-par phone into a pretty high performance one, and for that I thank you.

thanks pinguy but it shouldn't be such an improvement, I hardly changed something, just merged code Aurora sources into Kernel...

maybe its because of schedulers :)

thanks technolover for your brilliant work... i've notice a little problem (sometimes) with the new kernel... infact sometimes the power button doesn't turn on the phone from stand by... am i the one with this problem?

i think is a new I/O problem!!!blink.gif

yes i have same problem...also when i stop to call sometimes i have problem with the proximity sensor (the display stay off i have to "play" with the sensor for switch on the display)

yes, but yesterday with the 1.3a version i've not this problem...

i think it could be the new schedulers, but i'm not sure...huh.gif
