Here are roms with full Arabic and Hebrew text RTL right to left language support....

I added the RTL right to left language support using this patch software

Atomic-V2-RTL

Atomic-v1.6-RTL

This rom was made by Tilaz here in modaco

Cyanogenmod7 Skate rom 2.3.7

This rom was ported to Skate Monte Carlo by Tilal and being Cyanogen, already has full RTL support

Elitemovil Skate Rom 2.3.5 RTL (Z3)

This rom was made by Elitemovil in the spanish htcmania forum its got a new Kernel, it's overclockable and fast...you must install both an sd-ext and swap partition to use this properly...here for instructions

BlueMonteV1.8D_stock_RTL

This rom was made by Tilaz here in modaco and is based on the stock 2.3.4 orange rom so you still get Signal Boost, HD Calls, Dolby Sound and Media Share.

BlueGingerV2-2.3.4_RTL

This rom was made by Tilal here in modaco forum and is based on the stock 2.3.4 orange rom so you still get Signal Boost, HD Calls, Dolby Sound and Media Share.

elitemovil is one tasty rom.

my first choice rom at the moment.

elitemovil is a super rom, specialy darktremors app2sd and Gui integration is super...

I have noticed though it cant open some flash tv channels for some reason, I think due to a new 2.3.5 stock browser
