1, Complete rebuild from scratch

2, Deodexed ROM - (There were about 8 frameworks that was odex)

3, ScrollCache disabled much smoother

4, Lot of ICS specific tweaks is added (More than 6 to 7 different init.d tweaks)

5, Removed some more junk apps

6, Custom Host files and updated sqllite files and libraries

7, WiFi Modules by zdzihu - (I didn't notice much differences though)

8, Zipaligned for better Memory management

9, Applied SuperCharger script to services.jar for stability

10,Battery % Mod added

Steps:

1, Copy the package to SD card

2, Flash Kernel from any one of these thread

• [ARC/ARC S] DooMKernel
• [ARC/ARC S] Advanced Stock Kernel
• [Kernel][Arc S] Stock ICS Beta Kernel with CWM 5.5.0.
  Note: If your DooMKernel you might experience some graphics glitches since it's based on ICS Alpha Kernel.
  
  3, Go into Recovery
  4 Wipe everything (system, cache, etc...)
  5, Flash the ROM
  6, Reboot the device

  • Baseband version 56 or 58or 64 is recommended
  • You need the latest version of Titanium backup to restore the apps
  • Google Chrome doesn't work from Market. Try the patched version from here I didn't patch it. Credit for original poster
  • Having some Lagging issue? Reduce the Windows Animation to .5x from 1x
