scigo 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2012 I bought the vivacity for my wife, unlocked it and debranded no problem. The phone works fine, wifi works fine, also the data connection works ok. The problem is that in last two days, the data connection dropped and deactivating/activating the data will not help. Restart will bring the connection back. Anybody else experienced the same problem? I think it might have something to do with changing between wifi connection and mobile data connection. Any ideas what to do? You wouldn't happen to be on giff gaff by any chance, as I have had similar problems.

bladebuddy 72 Report post Posted March 21, 2012 There was a publicised outage on giffgaff last week wasn't there. I didn't notice tbh. Yes on Friday, but I don't know if it's my location but I have had quite a few problems since that including today. My phone drops connection then after playing with network settings sorts itself out.
