I can't see the "fastboot erase cache" command on the fastboot panel. Am using HTC One X from Three network in UK. When l tried installing Goomanager, busybox, supersu, they all are not getting root access(thought l had unrooted). Is it possible to do this command on the computer using "command prompt" I have been unable to get into recovery for the past 8 hrs and failed to be testing and enjoying the new rom

Help please!!

You need to download the fastboot tool set to your pc.

Then extract it to c:/fastboot.

Type cmd in run from start menu

In command promt type "cd c:/fastboot"

Boot phone up to fast boot mode

Go to fastboot in phone

Plug in USB.

Now type "fastboot erase cache"

Now go back to hboot and select recovery

You can google the fastboot tool set to find it

Good luck

Working really well so far - camera is running nicely :)

First bug I've found - can't install YouTube from the market, says it 'incompatible with your device' - Google Maps went on fine though.

How did you get data to connect properly ?

Is that new in today's release?

Taskswitcher button doesn't do anything for me.

Using Button Savior as a work around for now.

Taskswitcher button does what it is supposed to here. Haven't been able to get data working though (nor in V2.0)

Anyone else still having data connect issues? V2 took about 15 mins to get a solid connection. Can't seem to get it hooking up again.

I changed my apn settings and it didn't help.

so your data doesn't work at all?

or does it work after an hour?

I tried entering APN values manually also, had no luck with that.

The 3G icon shows for a brief second, changes to H and disappears again, this keeps repeating. Maybe a problem with HSPA then.

Experiencing the exact same issue. I don't think it's HSPA though; when I turn 3G off (but data on) data via GPRS doesn't work either.

It worked on v2 after 15...on v3 it doesn't kick in.

I've just gotten my data to connect after just 2-3 min.

What i did was removed my sim card and reinserted it. I didn't reboot phone.

I got data after 2-5 min with the default APN.

Then deleted all the default APN

I then added my own APN settings but then it didn't connect.

Rebooted, still didn't connect

Then i went into mobile network settings > Network Operators > then Search network Then select automatically.

After that My data connected in about 3-5 mins.

I've rebooted many times to test this and data connects after 2-5 min everytime.

Try that and let me know if that works for you.

I'm on v3 btw. Before v3 I could not get data to work no mater what I did.

Any chance this is going to be ported to the LTE version?

Wondering the same. Get mine this week. Hoping it gets some dev work!

@TripNRaver - Thanks a million for this, it's greatly appreciated :-). I'm impressed with how complete this is, considering the One X is such a new phone.

One issue I have noticed is when playing video in MX Player using the software decoder, the video quits after a few minutes. This happens every time without exception, regardless of which video is being played. The problem does not occur on the stock ROM, or when using the hardware decoder. Has anyone else noticed this, or am I the only one experiencing this particular issue?
