SOS!!Error in flashing the CM9Beta3

5 posts in this topic

Hey everybody!

I use A1 and I met some problem in flashing this rom with CWM.

It shows that

E:signature verification failed

Installation aborted.

after choosing -toggle signature verification

it shows another information

assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "salsa" || getprop("ro.build.product") == "salsa"

E:Error in /sdcard/cm9b3-softr_fix-signed.zip (Status 7)

Installation aborted.

before that I've wiped!

I met it before that I flashed beta2

what I can do now?

THX very much.

You need to update your recovery before install new rom. And if you have signature issue maybe you have damaged file try download it again.

And pay attention :

cm9b3-softr_fix-signed.zip

is a patch to flash on top of CM9 full rom.
