I've just found you can set a certain area of your status bar to launch the quick settings panel upon pulling it down. This is probably old news by now lol.

I had this setting :P

Agreed. Many more powerful phones are still waiting for a CM10.1 build. The fact that we got it this early is absolutely amazing and shows how great Lalit and co. are.

And happy new year, everyone!

Is there a way to completely disable the hardware key light? I tried to disable it in sys/class/leds, but the lights came back after a reboot

I sorted my calendar not syncing by the simple step of installing the google calendar app from play store (the app with the icon which shows 31). Once installed the sync button appeared in settings/accounts/google. I then uninstalled the native calender with Titanium and all is well.

That's exactly what I did and also installed GMAIL and everything's working fine and syncing.

Anyone an idea if it is possible too, to install Chrome. It always says, not compatible. Downloaded the APK seperately but the same message.

Is it possible anyhow (on ARM V6)?

Happy new year to all :)

Probably just try an absolutely clean install with wiping all the parts as told on page one.

I never used TPT or something like that ever and let the ROM sit by itself and always worked out fine for me.

Just tried setting the permissions to read only, but it got reset after a reboot. Also tried deleting the file, but got an operation denied error

The kernel must set the permissions then.
