Nervira me onaj glupavi rom (Skatie), ima dosta glupih opcija! ;) Translation : Can i use a different rom and then urs Inovative 2.3 rom ? I dont like the SkatieRom, it has many option that i dont preffer! :) Nazalost ne.... ne bi radilo dobro, tacnije bagovalo bi ... i ovaj update i Skatie Custom ROM se zasnivaju na fabrickom GB ROM-u i sve e opcije su ustvari ocije sa fabrickog ROM-a... Unfortunately nope ... this is only UPDATE for Skatie Custom ROM Ver 1.1... and this settings are from Stock ROM cause everything is based on Stock GB ROM. I heard that Heros are making the new release with JB look, so it may be that he will make it different... On every update you release the ROM gets even more stable and with a bunch of content. But i've also like to see this features on the 2.4 / 3.0 Release Features Request and Bug Fixes for Inovative 2.4/3.0 - Full and Official Dobly Mobile - WPS Support for easy wifi connections - DVv2 Script (Dalvik Cache v2) - Nitroglass V2 (INTEGRATED) - PerfectSwap Script (Adds Task Manager in SWAP Partition) - Fix issue on Skatie ROM Settings (Rename to Inovative Settings or just ROM Settings) - Adrenaline Engine V4.4 - Stablility for 979 MHz or more (Overclockers) I also encourage you to continue this project. It is an interesting option, and that is decided by users, not by war of titans. And as each user is appreciates more some improvements or other ... there are no absolute truths, but preferred options for each user. The important thing is be able to choose, and luckily we have a large development community for this phone, people with ideas and, above all, wanting to share. I can only say thanks for sharing and respect the choices of each. Should not forget that we have a skate, not an S2 or S3 ... Some want more speed, more internal memory others, some more RAM, other than the battery lasting more, others look-esthetic, ... Probably if we make a change to get an extra we have a deficiency on the other: - More speed, less battery - More RAM (swap), less speed (in some cases) - More internal memory, less quickly to open the app. Many of them are small (or great) genialities, but in the end ... everyone decides ... and let us not forget that they share freely, and it's very easy to forget that the best payment is gratitude and positive criticism. About nitroglass and adrenaline I mean that are not fully compatible ... You need to pach adrenaline, but it can be done. If you are interested in the subject, I can help (although I don't have much free time). About D2V2 ... This script requires a TPT that allows to move part of dalvik to /system. The good thing is that it also offers game to set-it and can remain inactive and use it only if you want ... The effect of D2V2 is interesting (especially when combined with link2sd) because it increases the free internal memory for the user, while speed don't decreases because all important apps always running from NAND, and also maintains the batteries (because it prevents access to the sd). What is certain is that i tried two times with inovative 2.3 and a more with version 2.2, for if anything. Always after flash Skatie 1.1 with the corresponding TPT. ADW Launcher 1.3.3.56 is 2 years old and outdated version, and after this version there are few newer versions of this launcher in past 2 years. But one user well-know here told to moderators that this version is commercial, although I claimed that it is not and suggested that there are a lot of legal sites where you can download it for free. Now they aren't sure is this Copyright Infringement or not... So until we determine the facts there won't be any downloadable link on Modaco, just to not violate MoDaCo Terms and Copyrights. I sent a few Mails to ADW Team to ask about this situation but until I don't get an answer there won't be downloadable link at all. Hope that everything will be solved properly. Thanks. As a general rule of thumb, it's usually only okay if the launcher is a) open source, or b ) has an APK available on the developer's website. Everything else is a grey area, really. I just checked, and it appears to be open-source under the Apache license: https://code.google....uncher-android/ - at least up to version 1.3.0. Is this the one you used? It might be a good idea to consider using Legacy Launcher instead, it is based on the old ADW Launcher, free, open-source, newer and therefore more developed. AND there would be no reason to argue about whether it is the free version or not. The author didn't release an update for the free version in years unfortunately, so any website giving out 1.3.3.56 for free is distributing warez as org.adwfreak.launcher has never been free.
