As codroid says, you need to flash the orange logo back first before flashing Orange ICS.

So it's :-

flash Xolo

root

flash the orange logo

flash Orange ICS

unroot

I had stock image on Xolo and it worked fine, not sure if it's an isolated incident or not. Will test in a bit, lost root access after trying Koush's SU

If you mean the Orange GB dump (option 3 in the setup tool) that should be extracted to C:\SanDiego\tools\system

The only zips you should have are the Orange & Xolo ICS update.zip s, as you say the Xolo one should be copied (if not already there) into the C:\SanDiego\tools\bricked folder
