I don't think swap partition is needed.

@alboz: it's the highlander of mobile phones, it will never die :D

Also, if anyone has suggestions for improvement please share them...

Another thing: anyone knows what the SRS FX is supposed to do? Because I have no idea, I just integrated it from Diljeet links :D

I think it fixes the force closes when we try to go to the Equalizer. I think.

Or maybe it includes Beats Audio to the ROM.

You really can't download from ANY of the 10 different hosts I used? Have you tried them all? There must be at least ONE that works :D

If really they all don't work please tell me where you want it uploaded...

WiFi, 3G and Bluetooth works. It's fast. Just one problem : Camera app force closes.

EDIT : After a reboot, it works. Good job.

EDIT2 : Can't mount my microSD card.

You're welcome. :D

Master_T, you should precise it in your post : reboot needed.

I still can not mount my microSD card with the ROM (and my A1 not recognized by adb...), but it works with Malez Recovery. And the game "Vector" force closes when I try to start a level, like with the other ROMs... :(

Great to see the rom up.69.gif

Thanks Master_T36.gif

Thanks for putting it all together111.gif

SRS Fx is related to equalizer, sound drivers(beats audio i guess)

Testing Now! ;)

Edit: Anyone has tested Jb adreno libreries?

Yes i tested JB adreno libraries and they made the rom slow, not working on CM7.

MASTER_T

Hello Master_T

Can you try to port a MIUI Gingerbread from this rom(you did it with CM9 hope to see a CM7 MIUI).

If you can port the MIUI then it would be awesome.

Thanks for your lovely work 41.gif

--------------------

One more thing, if possible remove "ADW Launcher EX" from this rom(its paid application) you can put any other launcher like "Go Launcher" or "Holo Launcher" or others.

Hi

Yeah, Ainillia had put ADW Launcher EX, I meant to do some cleanup for the next release (update included apps, replace launcher and remove a few useless apps, like GooManager). I'll do it when I have a bit of time on my hands, probably this weekend.

As for MIUI, I tried already, unfortunately it didn't boot... the porting process for ICS MIUI doesn't work here, there are conflicts with libs or something... if only MIUI was open source :(

Great you can update any time.

Thanks for trying to port MIUI, i never knew MIUI was close sourced, let it be closed then haha, we have good roms now :D

I may try to contact MIUI Final v2 forum for asking a port later, till then enjoy.

Yeah it sucks... and it's also technically illegal, since they are violating the GPL... but you know... it's China, they don't care :D

If you find any info on how to port Gingerbread MIUI, let me know! There's a really great guide for ICS/JB made by the legendary Lens_Flare, but only generic ones that don't work for GB, at least the methods I tried.

@Daimao94: Both USB card mounting and ADB work perfectly here, I suggest you try a clean falsh!

What do you call a "clean flash" ? To install this ROM, I flashed a 2.2 BIN (4.002.14) with Acer Download Tool, then I installed TWRP. After that I did all the wipes and I flashed CM7.2 Remix.

Yeah, that's pretty much it I guess... you could try:

1) Using CWM instead of TWRP

2) Reformatting/Repartitioning your SD card

Tho I don't know if it'll do any good, but I can't think of anything else... as I said it works here.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I repartitioned my SD card with Malez Recovery, then I flashed a 2.2 BIN (I mounted my SD card without any problems) and I installed CWM Recovery. I flashed the ROM and I have the same problem. :(

(PS : And I can't mount my SD card with CWM)

The only thing I can think of to diagnose this is to provide a logcat taken when you try to mount the card.
