Remove Emotion UI on Stock?

Now that some of us have root, is there a straighforward way we can remove the Emotion UI and get it fairly vanilla?

I'm thinking of the following:

• Install the standard Jelly Bean launcher
  
• Get all the icons back to vanilla
  
• Replace the settings app
  
• Anything else anyone cares to mention

Give it a try and good luck. You'll need to grab compatible files from another device running the same version of Jelly Bean at least.
