      ILLEGAL CONTENT I'd like to just reaffirm MoDaCo's position regarding piracy and illegal content in the light of some recent questions / postings. Posts will be censored by myself or my moderation team if the contain or link to: Illegal / pirated / cracked software or sites that host such software Nintendo emulators / ROMs or sites hosting them (in light of Nintendo's legal stance) CUSTOM ROMS You may discuss and post links to custom device ROMs on MoDaCo, provided the following rules are adhered to: ROMs must not contain any illegal 3rd party software (this includes trial versions included without permission) ROMs must give full credit to the original author ISSUES If you have any issues with this policy, please contact PaulOBrien directly via PM.

I want a third party ICS+ ROM with WIFI direct support...but no... :( .

Heard about Ubuntu Edge too, hope G300 can have Ubuntu Touch :D

Huawei have told us no JB for the G300, so don't expect a vendor 4.3 solution. CM 10.2 (??) maybe? In the interim consider a updated bootanimation:

4.3 needs Bluetooth 4.0 which we dont have

gl es 3.0 - really?

so we don't need it....I guess.

We need CM7 not android 4.3. LOL

ICS and JB doesn't work good on G300 so GB is best for this device. Personal opinion.

I'm running cm10 from 28.06 and for me is much smooth then cm 7 or ics

I need more ram on ICS and JB roms. Anzihis CM7 is slow, but stock B894 rom is soo fast!

4.3 supports things that Android hasn't before, but they are not required. The best summary of the changes is here: http://developer.and...jelly-bean.html

It's quite obvious we don't miss out on much in 4.3.

We have already had CM7.But it still has many bugs. :wacko:

A branded ROM has apps and stuff added to it by a particular phone network, eg. Vodafone. An unbranded one doesn't.
