It's already been removed from every kernel that had it months ago. https://github.com/KonstaT/android_kernel_zte_msm7x27a/commit/a5482eac5cf9bd699e109bb009c8d49dd5255d9d The 'blue screen' had nothing to do with the issue itself. It just happens to display blue screen when the CPU hangs (and it still does if your device crashes because of e.g. overclocking too high). Why? I still don't know.
