YUNTAB P701+ ICS_4.0.4 Flashing HELP Required

Hi,
I have Two Tablets of Yuntab One having Android v2.3.5 and Other is Having ICS_4.0.4 version. 
I wish to make both the tablets on ICS_4.0.4 version.

I have been successfully extracted ICS ROM with the help romdump v82 and Terminal emulator having files System.img (156,416 KB); recovery.img (10,240 KB); & boot.img (225,280 KB). 
Now i am trying to apply those ICS version extracted .img files on to Yuntab Tablet with version v2.3.5. By Applying fastboot commands and i am getting error as follows.....

fastboot flash system system.img

fastboot flash boot boot.img

FAILED <remote: data too large>

Could you Please suggest how to flash and what i am missing to flash these files with fastboot commands...

LCD Driver IC: --- should be root shell

PLEASE ADVICE WITH FLASHING GUIDE AND IF POSSIBLE SUGGEST ANY OTHER CUSTOM ICS ROM TO BE FLASH ON THIS v2.3.5 TABLET.
