Anyone has problem with sound? Mine is stuck on high and I can't turn it down and I have problem with Messinger, I can't open received message from notification bar

No sound issues at all. 

For messenger... 

Goto settings- permissions - permissions 

Find messenger 

 

Display pop up window 

 

Also goto, 

Settings -  battery &  performance -  manage apps battery usage -  chose apps 

Find messenger 

Set it to no restrictions

Wipe 

Cache, data, system, dalvik 

(in twrp recovery, perform the above wipes for 3 times) 

Flash rom.

The "problem" was in Dolby Atmos, it has volume leveler button, when this is on volume is high even in low sound. Thanks for the help
